At RAYZ, we set clear, easy-to-understand delivery fees that are uniform across the country.

• Nationwide flat rate: 500 yen (tax included)

• This applies to all areas, including Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands.

• Your order will be delivered by a delivery company designated by our store, such as Yamato Transport, Japan Post, or Sagawa Express.

• Please note that we do not accept requests to specify a delivery company.

■ Shipping date and delivery time

• Once your order is confirmed, it will usually be shipped within 2-3 business days.

• Once shipped, delivery will take approximately 1-3 days depending on your location.

*Shipping and delivery may be delayed due to a large number of orders, weather, traffic conditions, etc.

• Delivery is only available within Japan.

• In some cases, the items may be delivered to your mailbox (e.g. some accessories).
