Return Policy (Damaged Items Only)
At RAYZ, we strive to deliver products that will satisfy all customers, but in the unlikely event that the product you receive is damaged or defective, we will only accept returns.
■ Conditions for return
Returns will only be accepted if all of the following conditions are met:
• If the product is damaged upon delivery or if an initial defect is confirmed
• If you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product
• The product is unused (excluding trying on or checking)
• The product itself, accessories, tags, packaging, etc. are all included
*We do not accept returns for reasons other than those mentioned above (different from the image, wrong size, wrong order, etc.). Thank you for your understanding.
■ Return procedure
1. Please contact us via the "Inquiry Form" or email with the following information within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Order number
• Name
• Product name
• Product condition (details of damage)
• Photos showing the damage (multiple photos possible)
2. After checking the details, we will contact you to let you know whether the return is possible or not.
3. If your return is approved, you will need to ship the item back to the address specified.
4. Once we receive the product, we will refund your money or send you a replacement.
■ About return shipping fees
• In the case of returns due to damage or initial defects, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• If the return is due to any other reason (such as due to customer's convenience rather than incorrect delivery), the shipping fee will be borne by the customer .
■ Refund Method
• Refunds will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
• If you paid by credit card, it may take several business days for the refund to be reflected.
■ Important Notice
• If it has been more than 7 days since you received the item, we will not accept returns for any reason.
• If we are unable to confirm the condition of the product, we may refuse to accept the return.
• If the item is damaged or lost during return shipping, we may not be able to refund your money. Please pack the item carefully.
